Organic Maps

Organic Maps is a free, open-source map and navigation app built for people who want reliable directions without handing over their location data. Maps are downloaded country by country and stored on the phone, so search, route planning and turn-by-turn guidance keep working with no mobile signal at all.

The map data comes from OpenStreetMap, which makes it especially detailed for footpaths, cycle routes, mountain trails, campsites and points of interest that commercial maps often miss. The app contains no ads and no tracking, and it is developed by a community-driven team that grew out of the original MAPS.ME project.

It suits hikers, cyclists, travellers on a roaming budget, and anyone who simply prefers a lightweight, battery-friendly map that respects privacy.
